International Job Search Mastermind 🌍
Between jobs abroad, with empty days and nobody asking how it's going?
A small mastermind for professionals looking for a job abroad, or building an international career. A call on Tuesday morning every two weeks gives your weeks a fixed point. You decide on your next actions, come back with results, swap what works, and stop doing the job search alone.
Max 4 people · Tuesdays 11:00 CET · Next call 3 November · €49 + VAT for a month · join for November now

Sound familiar?
Four things that make being between jobs abroad harder than it needs to be.
Empty days, no structure
Without a job, the days lose their shape. It's easy to drift, and motivation drops after a few weeks.
The group helps: a call on Tuesday morning and a two-week action plan give your weeks rhythm and accountability.
Nobody asking how it's going
Rejection feels heavier when nobody is there to hear it. When you're alone, self-doubt gets louder and you question your experience and skills more.
The group helps: emotional support from people who get it, and coaching questions on fears, self-doubt and confidence if you want them.
Biases and miscommunication
The pains of searching abroad that rarely get talked about: biases about your accent, name or background, and misunderstandings that cost you the interview without you knowing why.
The group helps: an honest space to talk about it, ways to respond to biases and clear up miscommunication, "tell me about yourself" practice, and a webinar on how to represent yourself.
Applications, interviews and networking
Applications go out and nobody replies, or your CV worked at home but not here. Interviews and writing in a second language are harder, and networking feels awkward in a new culture.
The group helps: CV tips, AI prompts, interview questions, networking tips, and a networking webinar.
Every two weeks you leave with 2 to 3 concrete actions, and you come back with results, with a group that keeps you moving.
Who this group is for
Professionals between jobs, searching for a job abroad or building an international career. You've either moved countries or you're simply culturally curious. The group is open to all genders and levels, most likely mid-level and management.
What's included
Knowledge and experience exchange
CV tips, AI prompts for improving your CV and exploring the market, interview questions, what helped and what didn't, and networking tips. Ask the group for feedback on your CV, or on how you present yourself.
Emotional support
Rejection is part of the process. Use the group to hold you in those moments, and to feel less lonely and isolated in your search.
Coaching, if you want it
I'll share what I suggest to my clients in the job search and, if you're willing, offer coaching questions to work with fears, self-doubt and confidence.
CV or LinkedIn review
A first-month bonus from me: 3 to 5 recommendations.
Interview practice
One mock interview, or a "tell me about yourself" practice round.
A webinar every month, with recordings
Upcoming topics: how to represent yourself, communication tips, the Full Me formula, and networking tips. Can't make it live? The recording is available to you.
A shared library
CV tips, AI prompts and interview questions, all in one place.
Alumni access
Land the job early? Stay as alumni for the rest of the month, with access to the library and recordings.
How a call works
Every call is structured, so it stays useful and safe. We go in rounds: each of you gets your own airtime, and you decide what you need from the group.
Share your question
You bring one question or topic, posted in the chat before the call. Then it's your turn, and the floor is yours.
Ask for what you need
Advice? Someone's experience? An opinion? A free discussion? You choose how you'd like the group to support you.
The group responds
Everyone answers in the form you asked for, and I keep us to it.
I add my view
I share my view, suggestions, experience and tips. If I see it fits, I can also offer you a personalised coaching exercise or question to move you forward.
Then the next person has their round. You leave with 2 to 3 actions for the next two weeks.
What happens when
Not every session has everything. The calls follow the same simple rhythm, and the extras happen at set moments.
Every call (Tuesday, 1 hour, every two weeks)
One hour on Tuesday, with a round of airtime for each of you (see how a call works above). CV and interview tips come up when they fit your question.
Between calls
The Telegram chat: support, accountability, rejections and wins, and the shared library of CV tips, AI prompts and interview questions.
Once, in your first month
Your CV or LinkedIn review (3 to 5 recommendations) and one mock interview or "tell me about yourself" practice round. We agree on the timing together after you join.
Once a month
A webinar on a new topic, separate from the group calls. Can't make it live? You get the recording.
Hi, I'm Inga
I'm a career coach for expats and internationals (ICF-certified ACC, CPCC). I moved to London, and I went through the language and job search challenges as an expat myself. I know how it feels to look for work in a country that isn't yet fully yours. I have supported international clients looking for a job abroad.
Before coaching, I spent years in corporate as a PR director, so how we communicate and present ourselves is something I know well. Now I work with internationals on their career, confidence and life abroad. I've also been a mentor, and I've conducted many real and mock interviews.
In this group I share what I suggest to my clients in the job search. It's a mastermind, so I'm not the only expert in the room. Your experience matters just as much. You'll get to experience the power of a mastermind.
What past participants say
"I like exchanging ideas and feeling I'm not alone in this."
"The webinar on time management and goal setting was very helpful."
"Even joining the group is motivational enough and gave me the structure."
