Inga Knysh
Coach, expat, former Communications Director, and visual artist — bringing structure, creativity, and intercultural understanding into my work.
Trained by the globally recognised Co-Active institute, one of the programmes that helped shape the coaching profession.
I’ve lived in Russia, the UK, and the Netherlands, and understand what it means to rebuild home, identity, and direction abroad.
Before coaching, I built my career from Copywriter to Communications Director, working with WPP, GroupM, ABBYY, Kantar, and startups.
I work with care, presence, and choice, supporting people without forcing solutions or pushing beyond what feels safe.
I care deeply about helping people feel understood across languages, cultures, and different life experiences.
I changed careers at 33 to become a coach, and I still feel grateful that I found work that feels meaningful and fully mine.
I run two businesses — as a coach and as a visual artist — combining strategy, growth, and creativity.
I work online with clients based in different countries and time zones, making coaching accessible wherever you are.
I now live in Rotterdam with my husband and our dog, Yumi, and continue building my work from here.
